Frames Gateway ("Frames", "we") is a paid execution service for AI agents. You send a task with a hard budget — via our API or our MCP server — and Frames plans the task, discovers and purchases third-party paid tools and data on your behalf, executes, verifies delivery, and returns the result with a cost breakdown and payment receipts. Access requires an account, an active subscription, and a credit balance.
You are responsible for your account, your API keys, and everything run under them. Keys are shown once at creation; keep them secret and revoke any key you believe is compromised. Runs executed with your key spend your credits.
Per-run budgets, plan caps, per-call limits, and circuit breakers are engineering controls we operate diligently and in good faith. They materially bound spend, but third-party tools can price dynamically and fail in unusual ways; we do not warrant that every control is perfect in every case. Where a control fails on our side, our remedy framework is the credits ledger and the refund policy, not consequential damages.

We may refuse, block, or unwind any tool category, seller, or transaction at our discretion to comply with law or protect the service, and may suspend or terminate accounts violating this section. We screen and restrict purchasable tool/data categories; availability of a tool in the catalog is not an endorsement.
Results draw on third-party tools, data sellers, and AI models. Third-party output is provided as-is. We verify *delivery* (that a paid call returned a usable response), not the accuracy, completeness, legality, or fitness of the content delivered. You are responsible for validating results before relying on them, and for your compliance with the terms of any data you instruct Frames to purchase.
Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Each plan grants monthly credits; usage (model cost + tool cost + Frames fee) consumes credits from an immutable ledger, with credits reserved before each run and the unused remainder refunded after. No plan is unlimited. Refunds, disputes, and chargebacks are governed by the refund policy.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frames disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is capped at the amounts you paid to Frames in the three (3) months before the claim.
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to your account email and apply prospectively. You may stop using the service at any time; unused-credit refunds are handled per the refund policy. We may suspend or terminate for breach, legal requirement, or risk to the service.
